Lawrence E. Strout Sr.

    PRESQUE ISLE – Lawrence E. Strout Sr., 74, died December 20, 2006 at his residence. He was born August 18, 1932 in South Portland, the son of Lawrence C. and Mildred E (Perry) Strout.
    He loved his camp at Squa Pan and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He liked building radio-controlled airplanes in his spare time.
    He is survived by his wife, Carolan J. (Downing) Strout of Presque Isle; a son, Lawrence E. Strout, Jr. and a daughter, Betty Ann Strout both of Los Angeles, CA.
    A private graveside service was held Friday for the family. Arrangements in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
