The following cases were administered by Presque Isle District Court from Oct. 1-31, 2006.
Tiffiney Johnson, 22, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Fined $400.
John Johnston, 40, of Mars Hill, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, transportation of fireworks and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. First charge fined $200. Second charge fined $250. Third charge fined $300.
Bruce R. King, 27, of Fort Fairfield, probation violation. Four months in jail and probation partially revoked.
Nicholas R. LaPoint, 27, of Presque Isle, assault. Sixty days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended (stayed) and two years probation.
Floyd R. Legassie, 57, of Presque Isle, failure to comply with duty to submit. Fined $500.
Marisa Levesque, 22, of Chapman, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Christopher F. Lynch, 39, of Veazie, operating under the influence. Fined $700, 48 hours in jail (stayed), license suspended 90 days and 48 hours community service.
James I. MacPheters, 28, of Etna, failure to exhibit license. Fined $100.
Mariah R. Martin, 19, of Fort Fairfield, assault and violating condition of release. First charge fined $300. Second charge fined $150 and 12 hours in jail.
Troy Martin, 39, of Gap, Penn., hunting migratory game birds not certified. Fined $100.
Charlie H. Maskell, Jr., 19, of Fort Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating an ATV on a public way and operating an unregistered ATV. First charge fined $500. Second and third charges fined $100 each.
Jason P. Michaud, 20, of Connor Township, operating while license suspended or revoked. Dismissed.
Wesley N. Miller, 66, of Presque Isle, assault. Fined $400.
Jessica Moir, 23, of Mapleton, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Alan R. Mully, 61, of Easton, disorderly conduct. Fined $200.
Josiah D. Nash, 19, of Blaine, failure to present an ATV registration and operating an ATV on a public way. Fined $100 on each charge.
Kenneth A. Nelson, Jr., 46, of Fort Fairfield, stalking. Five days in jail (stayed).
Shane D. Nibby, 25, of Presque Isle, furnishing liquor to a minor. Fined $600 and 50 hours community service.
Lawrence A. Noyes, 39, of Bangor, OUI and operating a vehicle without a license (condition/restriction). First charge fined $1,000, 10 days in jail and license suspended 90 days. Second charge 10 days in jail.
Bruce D. Ogburn, 31, of North Wilkesboro, N.C., failure to stop and provide information. Fined $400.
Joshua Parady, 22, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $350.
Christopher L. Pendexter, 22, of Mapleton, operating an ATV on a public way. Fined $100.
Adam R. Plourde, 23, of Caribou, terrorizing and criminal mischief. First charge dismissed. Second charge fined $300.
Barry A. Rhoades, 56, of Lee, rule violation: operating without a medical certificate. Dismissed.
Donna J. Sam, 35, of Caribou, probation violation. Six months in jail and probation revoked.
Aaron David Schmidt, 39, of Mars Hill, carrying a passenger on an ATV without headgear. Fined $100.
Anthony S. Slesienski, 30, of Presque Isle, assault. Six months in jail with all but 21 days suspended and two years probation.
Philip J. Smart, 21, of Ashland, failure to register a vehicle and violating condition of release. First charge fined $100. Second charge fined $250.
Daine S. Smith, 19, of Brick, N.J., possession of marijuana and minor possessing liquor. First charge fined $350. Second charge fined $200.
Harold Somers, 64, of Bridgewater, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Michael Turmenne, 46, of Mapleton, assault. Ninety days in jail with all but four days suspended (stayed) and two years probation.
Darryl W. Vaillancourt, 35, of Ashland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
Craig B. Walton, 21, of Presque Isle, criminal mischief and falsifying physical evidence. First charge fined $400 and $100 restitution. Second charge fined $400.
Eric Warren, 19, of Presque Isle, operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $200.
Thomas C. Watkins, 18, of Jackman, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
Lee E. Weston, 20, of Bangor, criminal mischief. Restitution $250.
