PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – All SAD 1 children who are five years old on or before Oct. 15, 2007 are eligible for kindergarten enrollment.
Registration will be April 2 – 6 at the Health Services Office.
Any child that is currently enrolled in the SAD 1 Pre-K Program will not need to register. Children in other Pre-k Programs will need to register.
SAD 1 requires the following documentation at the time of registration:
1. Proof of immunizations
2. Legal Birth Certificate (from the town or city that child was born in)
3. Legal guardianship/custody papers.
