The following cases were among those administered by the Presque Isle District Court through Jan. 31, 2007.
Shane G. Shook, 24, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days. Also, theft by unauthorized use of property. Sentenced to five days in jail.
Casey Smith, 25, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked (prior). Fined $750, community service 100 hours.
Paul D. Sprague, 37, of Fort Fairfield, littering. Fined $500.
Cheryl Tarr, 19, of Mars Hill, assault. Filed with costs of $200.
Lucas Theriault, 20, of Castle Hill, operating an ATV on a public way. Fined $100.
Shannon Theriault, 26, of Limestone, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Keith Thibeault, 22, of Rochester, N.H., hunting without a valid license. Fined $92.
Kevin Thibodeau, 24, of Presque Isle, one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Fined $300, restitution $176.47. Also, convicted of forgery. Also, a second count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $250, restitution $4.64.
Brian K. Turcotte, 29, of Fort Fairfiled, terrorizing. Dismissed. Also, violating condition of release. Dismissed.
James D. Vaughn, 22, of Washburn, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.
Nathan Voisine, 19, of Fort Fairfield, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
Shawn L. Weand, 35, of Presque Isle, operating an ATV on land of another without permission. Fined $200.
Acil D. York III, 30, of Mars Hill, OUI. Fined $500, license suspended 90 days. Also, failing to make oral or written accident report. Fined $300. Also, permitting unlawful use. Fined $300.
