Ms. Linda Kane of Danbury, Conn., and Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Morin, of Grand Isle, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Morin, of Grand Isle, to David Curran, of Connor, son of Sandy and Molly Curran, of Easton.
Heather is a 2000 graduate of New Fairfield High School in New Fairfield, Conn. and will be graduating from the nursing program at the University of Maine at Fort Kent in May 2008. She is employed at Ridgewood Estates in Madawaska.
David is a 1998 graduate of Easton High School. He graduated from Northern Maine Technical College in 2001 with a degree in computer information systems and in 2002 with a degree in computer technology. He is employed at Connect North America in Presque Isle.
An August 2007 wedding is planned.
