Dean, Mildred B., 93, died April 24, 2007 at a Mars Hill healthcare facility. Arrangements are in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle. CHAPMAN – Mildred B. Dean, 93, went home to be with her Lord on April 24, 2007 at a Mars Hill healthcare facility. She was born in Stockholm on December 29, 1913, the daughter of Perry and Effie Mae (Clark) Langley.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, and collecting pictures of all her family.
Mildred was predeceased by her husband Halsey in 2004, three brothers; Clarence, Colby, and Gordon Langley, and two sisters Verna Dickinson and Maude Langley. She is survived by a son Elwood V. Dean and his wife Dorothy of Poway, CA, a daughter Lois J. Cobb and her husband John of Ashland, a brother Melvin Langley of Sturbridge, MA, 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends called 6-8 PM Friday at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. Funeral services were held 1PM Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the funeral home with the Rev.
