    Nicholas R. Lynch, 25, of Fort Fairfield, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Marc N. Martin, 44, of Presque Isle, assault. Sentenced to five days in jail, stayed, restitution $4,813.96.
    Charles H. Maskell, 67, of Windham, motor vehicle speeding 30+ miles per hour over the speed limit. Fined $400, license suspended 30 days.
    Shawn McCausland, 34, of Presque Isle, operating vehicle on snowmobile trail. Fined $100.
    Dustin D. McGillan, 21, of Presque Isle, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.
    Wendy McKenney, 34, of Fort Fairfield, failure to register vehicle. Fined $200.
    George W. Melvin, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, snowmobile rule violation. Fined $100.
    James T. Michael, 26, of Presque Isle, operating snowmobile left of center. Fined $100.
    James Michaud, Sr., 40, of Caribou, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked, one count prior. Fined $500  and 50 hours of community service on each count.
    Karen J. Michaud, 39, of Caribou, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $500 and 50 hours of community service.
    Candace M. Monahan, 29, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail. Also, forgery. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail and restitution of $441.25.
    Paul C. Morse, Jr., 38, of Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200. Also, violating condition of release, 30 hours of community service.
    Keegan O’Neal, 19, of Fort Fairfield, possession of marijuana. Fined $350 and 50 hours community service.
    Lane J. Ouellette, 49, of Presque Isle, possession of marijuana. Fined $350.
    Pauline Ouellette, 53, of Caswell, criminal trespass. Sentenced to five days in jail. Also, violating condition of release, sentenced to 20 days in jail.
    David A. Patten, 40, of Limington, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Eric S. Patterson, 21, of Caribou, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200 on each count. Also, violating condition of release. Fined $250.
    Edward K. Peckham, 45, of Limestone, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail. Also, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 10 days in jail.
    Christopher D. Pelletier, 22, of Ashland, operating under the influence. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days. Also, violating condition of release. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

    Matthew L. Saucier, 22, of Presque Isle, operating unregistered snowmobile. Fined $100.    
    Brian Saunders, 25, of Presque Isle, criminal trespass; violating condition of release. Both counts dismissed.
    Dean Seward, 46, of Presque Isle, operating under the influence. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days. Also, operating vehicle without a license. Fined $300. Also, failure to pay parking ticket. Fined $25.
    James M. Shields, 43, of Fort Fairfield, disorderly conduct. Sentenced to five days in jail.
    Roger Lee Simard, 21, of Washburn, violating snowmobile noise level limits. Fined $100.
    Stuart Simpson, 60, of Presque Isle, owning or keeping animal that kills or injures. Fined $100.
    Autumn L. St. Jean, 22, of Presque Isle, placing a tattoo on person under 18. Fined $250. Placing a tattoo on a person without a license. Fined $250.
    Bradford Stevens, 50, of Presque Isle, two counts of failure to pay parking ticket. Fined $50 on each count.
    Michael R. Thompson, 45, of Greenwood, failure to stop snowmobile. Filed with costs of $200.
    Jasen N. Turcotte, 30, of Easton, operating after habitual offender revocation. Fined $500, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
    Rosaire Turcotte, 58, of Sherbrook, Que., unlawful cutting of trees. Fined $200.
    James A. Turner, 44, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.
