Kathleen and the late Ainslie Dow are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Theresa R. Dow of Caribou to Anthony S. Palmer of Caribou. Anthony is the son of Susan and Gregory Palmer of Hampden.
Theresa is a 1998 graduate of Caribou High School, a 2001 graduate of Pierre’s School of Cosmetology, and a 2006 graduate of NMCC with an associate’s degree in the legal office program. She is currently employed at the JC Penney Salon.
Anthony is a 1999 graduate of Hampden Academy, and a 2006 graduate of NMCC with an associate’s degree in Information Technology. He is employed at Netherland Office Products and Aroostook Internet.
A wedding for August 11, 2007 is planned.
