SUPERIOR COURT

      CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of May, 2007:
    Roger D. Burby, Sr., 44, of Ashland, assault. Filed on $200 costs.
 Rodney W. Carmichael, 56, of Castle Hill, operating under the influence – no test, 1 prior; operating while license suspended or revoked; failure to stop motor vehicle; and operating ATV under the influence. First two charges were dismissed, pled to other charges; fined $1,000 on third charge; and fined $500 and sentenced to seven days in jail (stayed) on the final charge.
    Tony M. Caron, 30, of Fort Kent, unlawful sexual contact. Dismissed, pled other charge.
    Angela M. Chamberlain, 32, of Caribou, probation violation and failure to appear as subpoenaed. No sentence imposed, probation continued on the first charge and second charge dismissed, pled other charge.
    Tony T. Clayton, 32, of Easton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Dismissed.
    Corey D. Collins, 19, of Presque Isle, unlawful possession of oxycodone. Filed on $500 costs.
