    The following cases were heard in the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of April, 2007: Amy L. Bouchard, 24, of Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Sentence amended.
    Derek D. Condo, 29 of Caribou, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Seven years prison, all suspended, three years probation, $9,014 restitution for first three counts. For the final charge, six months in jail, suspended, three years probation and 9,014 restitution.
    Christopher Dansereau, 49, of Hadley, Mass, act as a guide without a license, filed with costs. $500.
    Jennifer L. Hayes, 55, of Presque Isle, disorderly conduct, two counts of assault, criminal trespass and violating condition of release. All charges dismissed.    
    Anthony Johnson, 22, of Madawaska, aggravated assault. Dismissed, pled other charge.
    Dawn Michelle Morrison, 37, of Woodland, operating after habitual offender revocation. $500 fine and 30 days jail.
    Collen M. Nadeau, 55, of Allagash, assault, violating condition of release. Dismissed, witness unavailable.
    Robert J. Oullette, 46, of Presque Isle, refusing to sign criminal summons. Fined $200.
    Dawn L. Story, 25, of Fort Fairfield, forgery. Dismissed, pled other charge.
      CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of May, 2007:
    Derek B. Demerchant, 20, of Presque Isle, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. Fined $1,000, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended (stayed), probation for one year, $350 restitution and 100 hours of community service.
    Dustin Denbow, 22, of Castle Hill, OUI and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. First charge dismissed, pled other charge. Fined $500 on second charge.
    Jason J. Dube, 33, of Eagle Lake, loaded firearm in motor vehicle; act as a guide without license; illegally hunting moose; unlawful possession of schedule drug; and motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit. Fined $200 for the first charge; fined $1,000 and three days stayed in jail (stayed) for the second charge; third charge fined $1,000 and three days in jail (stayed); seven days in jail (stayed) on the fourth charge; and the last charge was dismissed, pled other charge.
    Dustin K. Giles, 21, of Caribou, probation violation. Sentenced 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
    Wayne G. Gudreau, 50, of Presque Isle, assault, trafficking in dangerous knives, stalking, disorderly conduct, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, false swearing, and three counts of violating condition of release. First charge dismissed, pled other charge; sentenced 30 days in jail on second charge; third charge dismissed, pled other charge;  four days in jail on fourth charge. Charges five through eight were dismissed, pled other charge; and the last charge was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
    Ronney A. Harvey, 53, of Frenchville, OUI – 1 prior. Fined $1,000, seven days in jail (stayed), license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.
    Richard Brent Hawksley, 47, of Mars Hill, OUI – 1 prior. Fined $700, seven days in jail (stayed), license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.
    Brian R. Holmes, 27, of Easton, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. All charges were dismissed.
    Lionel King, 53, of Limestone, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Filed on $100 costs.
    Floyd R. Legassie, 58, of Presque Isle, failure to comply sex offender registration act, first offense. Fined $400.
    Beverly Lovley, Jr., 46, of Ashland, OUI. Fined $800, 48 hours in jail, stayed, and license suspended for 90 days.
    Frederick R. Mazerolle, 27, of Madawaska, probation violation. No sentence imposed, probation continued.
    Dustin D. McGilllan, 21, of Presque Isle, probation violation and unauthorized taking or transfer. Sentenced 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued for first charge and second charge was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
    Marshall A. McManus, 35, of Presque Isle, assault. Charge dismissed.
    Thomas Joseph Michaud, 45, of Wytopitlock, assault, terrorizing, and disorderly conduct. First two charges were dismissed, pled other charges. Fined $300 on third charge.
    Kally J. Monti, 28, of Caribou, unlawful possession of hydrocodone. Charge was dismissed.
    Edward G. Page, Jr., 36, of Lewiston, assault and failure to register or update sex offender information. Fined $1,000, sentenced two years in prison, all by 10 days suspended (stayed), and two years probation for the first charge and fined $500 and 10 days in jail (stayed) for the second charge.
