NANCY HIGGINS HUGHES – Presque Isle – a memorial service to celebrate the life of Nancy Higgins Hughes will be held at the Presque Isle Congregational Church Monday, August 6 at 11 a.m. followed by a luncheon reception at the church. All of Nancy’s friends are invited to attend.
