July 16
    7:01 a.m. Truck 3 and two firefighters responded to Maine Winter Sports Center for smoke investigation.
July 17
    8:30 p.m. Truck 3 and two firefighters responded to Judd St. to investigate a burn permit.
July 18
    9:58 a.m. Rescue 8 and two firefighters responded to Dewberry Dr. to assist Crown with a medical emergency.
    12:28 p.m. Rescue 8, Engine 6 and three firefighters responded to State Rd. for a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries.
    2:02 p.m. Rescue 8, Engine 6 and three firefighters responded to State Rd. for a motor vehicle accident with fuel cleanup.
    2:21 p.m. Rescue 8, Engine 6 and three firefighters responded to North Main St. for a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries.
July 19
    7:55 p.m. Engine 2 and Ladder 1 responded to North Main St. for black smoke coming from the chimney.
July 21
    8:35 p.m. Forestry 6121, Truck 4 and three firefighters responded to Manchester St. to investigate a burn permit.
