    11:25 a.m. Forestry Truck 6121 and two firefighters responded to the Chapman Rd. to investigate a burn permit.    3:19 p.m. Rescue 8 and two firefighters responded to Industrial St. to assist Crown Ambulance with a medical emergency.
Sept. 22
    9:34 a.m. Engine 2 and three firefighters responded to Exchange St. for the smell of gas.
    7:15 p.m. Rescue 8, Engine 6 and three firefighters responded to the Caribou Rd. for an automobile accident with personal injury.
    7:30 p.m. Engine 2, Ladder 1, Rescue 8, Engine 2 and 21 firefighters responded to the Chapman Rd. for a structure fire.
