The Star City Seniors’ club members met at the VFW Sept. 20 with 25 members and four guests. The Merry Makers were Bob Craig, Kathleen and Amos. Also helping them was Preston Johnston. The blessing was said by Delores Brown. We also thanked Mary Johnston’s daughter, Linda, for coming. We had a wonderful potluck luncheon. The meeting was opened by Donna Devoe. With the introduction of all the members and all the guests and sick members. It was so nice to have the Merry Makers, Bob Craig, Kathleen and Amos, to play and sing. Feel free to come again. Donald Devoe sang for us.
The secretary’s report was given and accepted. The treasurer’s report was given and accepted. If anyone would like to join for the rest of this year, it’s only 25 cents. So come and have fun. Next week is a regular meeting.
