CARIBOU — The annual harvest supper will again be offered by Gray Memorial United Methodist Church in Caribou on Saturday, Nov. 3 with sittings at 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. according to Bob Thompson, co-chairman. Del Remey, chief cook, (but not bottle washer), will be in charge of the church kitchen and cooking like crazy, preparing mashed potatoes and gravy, squash, carrots, peas and making turkey dressing – all with only two hands. Thompson has recruited 12 church members who have taken on the task of actually baking the turkeys. Others have made various pies, ranging from apple, lemon, chocolate and whatever. Advance tickets may be purchased before the supper from church members, at the church office or at the door. $10 for adults and $5 for those under 12.
