1. Citizen Initiative: Do you want to allow a Maine tribe to run a harness racing track with slot machines and high-stakes beano games in Washington County?
2. Bond Issue: Do you favor a bond to “stimulate economic development and job creation”? The bond would provide $5 million in loans and grants, and $50 million for technology (administered through the Maine Technology Institute). It will leverage at least $50 million in other funds.
3. Bond Issue: Do you favor a $43.5 million bond for “interior and exterior building renovations, improvements and additions” at all campuses of the Maine Community College system, Maine Maritime Academy and University of Maine System? The bond would also replenish the School Revolving Renovation Fund and support capital improvements at various libraries, museums and historical facilities.
4. Bond Issue: Do you favor a $35.5 million bond to “invest in land conservation, water access, wildlife habitat and outdoor recreation opportunities”? The bond would also support investments in farmland, working waterfronts, state parks, historic sites, riverfront, community and farm infrastructure. It would be matched by at least $21.8 million in private and public contributions.
5. Referendum: Do you favor extending term limits for legislators from four to six terms?
