Tenny Noyes of Washburn to E-5 Sergeant in the 1136th Transportation Co.; Richard Fogg of Sherman to E-3 PFC with the 185th Engineer Company; Ronald Oakes of Frenchville to E-4 Specialist with the 185th Engineer Company; Bradlee Boyles of Woodland to E-4 Specialist with the 185th Engineer Company; Devon Espling of Perham to E-3 PFC with the 185th Engineer Company; Michael Mansfield of Presque Isle to E-1 Private with the 185th Engineer Company; and Joseph Plourde of Fort Kent to E-4 Specialist with the 126th Aviation Regiment.
