Bossie earns promotion

PROMOTION – Jonathan A. Bossie was promoted to the rank of Major in the United States Marine Corps on October 1, 2007, in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He is the Company Commander of Mobile Assault Company (Weapons Company), Task Force 3-3, deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jon, the son of Gary and Alison Bossie of Houlton, is a 1993 graduate of Houlton High School and a 1997 graduate of Plymouth State College in New Hampshire.
