Bangor & Houlton – Linwood M. Nason, 53, died Feb. 28, 2008, at his Bangor residence. He was born Sept. 8, 1954, at Houlton, the son of Hattie (Burpee) Nason and the late Raymond Nason.
    Linwood served in the US Navy. He was a life-long member of the DAV and attended the Charleston Pentecostal Church.
    Linwood is survived by his mother of Bangor; his brother, Terry R. Nason of E. Corinth; his sister, Bonnie Urban of Bangor; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents; his father; and his niece, Dawn E. King.
    Friends called at the Dunn Funeral Home 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services were held at the funeral home 1:30 p.m. Monday with Revs. Dalton Dunphy and Roger Jewell officiating.
