Michelle Lee Inman and Aaron John Carlson were united in marriage Oct. 5, 2007 by the Honorable Keith Powers. The Dunegrass Golf Club in Old Orchard Beach was the site for a sunset ceremony and reception on a beautiful and rare 75 degree fall evening. Mike Inman asked for blessings on the union while Sheila Carlson and June Inman acted as witnesses for the event. Rick Graves of Presque Isle served as the best man, and Christina Gerber of Portland and Nicole Cyr of Madawaska were matrons of honor. Groomsmen included Rich Drummond of Windham, Steve Violette of Biddeford and Brian Inman of Bethel. Susan Giambalvo of Scarborough and Erica Cormier of Bethel served as bridesmaids.
Michelle was blessed to have both maternal and paternal grandparents sharing the event. The couple hosted a barbecue at their home the next day to complete the weekend.
They enjoyed an amazing honeymoon that started in Venice, Italy and continued on to Croatia, Turkey, Greece and ended in Boston just in time to catch Game 6 of the baseball playoffs.
Aaron and Michelle have settled in their home in Westbrook and look forward to expanding their family and cheering the Sox on to many more World Championships … together.
