AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE — Children at ACAP’s Bird Street center crowd around Trooper Brian Harris of the Maine State Police as he shares a Berenstein Bears story on not talking to strangers. The reading time was part of the events organized by Aroostook Council for Healthy Families in observance of “Child Abuse Prevention Month” which kicks off in April.
