MAPLETON – The Mapleton United Baptist Church is pleased to announce the Mapleton Baptist Tour for 2008.
Traveling Aug. 5-9 by deluxe motor coach with an on-board escort, the tour will visit the Canadian Maritime provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. Highlighting the tour will be a special dinner at the Confederation Center in Charlottetown with the actor who plays the part of “Anne.” Also, the group will be staying in the beautiful Delta Prince Edward Hotel while visiting PEI.
Other highlights of the tour include: a visit to the Hopewell rocks in the Bay of Fundy, a tour of Green Gables house, PEI National Park, a theatrical performance of “Anne of Green Gables,” a dinner cruise, a visit to the historic town of Pictour and the Grand-Pre National Historic Site of Canada.
Mapleton Baptist Tour offers relaxed, stress-free travel in a Christian environment. Special attention is given to those with physical challenges.
The tour package includes: round trip motor coach transportation, four nights lodging, eight meals and attractions highlighted in the itinerary.
