HOULTON, Maine – The Friends and Needles Quilt Guild is sponsoring Kathie’s Quilt Shoppe from Sanford to come to the area on Saturday, April 12, for a day of shopping. The doors at St. Mary’s Parish Center will be open to the public at no admission cost from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for quilting, wool felting and embellishing supplies. A variety of kits, jellyrolls, charm packs, notions, books, patterns and wool will also be available as well as, crystals embellishments and a few Janome sewing machines.
