Couturier earns PhD

    FREEPORT – Holly D. Couturier, a Presque Isle native, has earned a Ph.D. with a specialization in higher educational leadership from Capella University, an accredited, fully online university headquartered in Minneapolis.     Capella holds two commencement ceremonies each year at locations throughout the United States. The most recent commencement, held March 1, 2008 in Atlanta, was Capella’s 14th commencement ceremony. Since the university’s inception, more than 10,000 students have graduated from Capella’s bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs.
