Diamant, Felecia, 74, New Jersey and Caribou, in Newton, New Jersey, April 30, 2008.
NEW JERSEY and CARIBOU – Felecia “Allen” Diamant, daughter of the late William and Rosamond Allen of Caribou, died of liver cancer on April 30th, in Newton, New Jersey. Felecia was born in Caribou on February 19, 1934. She was educated at Berkley College in Berkley, California and was a Lab Tech & Histologist at the Newton Memorial Hospital and an assistant at Sussex County College.
She is survived by her daughters Stephanie Diamant of Sparta, New Jersey and Arielle with son-in-law Merl Kolk and three granddaughters of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. She is also survived by her sister and best friend Erciel and brother-in-law Robert Weller of Newton, New Jersey and several nieces and nephews. She has several surviving sisters-in-law. Laura Irene wife of the late Wallace Allen is in Caribou.
Felecia was preceded by her brothers, Wallace, Gene, Ethan, Roderick, Charles and Luke.
Felecia was an amateur painter and stained glass artist and loved nature.
We have fond memories of her and Erciel running along the logs down on the Mill Pond. She will be missed.
