    CARIBOU — The Aroostook County grand jury handed up 42 indictments during their May 9 session.
    Kent L. Smith, 45, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.     Aaron M. Finnemore, 33, Bridgewater: domestic violence assault with priors.
    Joshua R. Lee, 20, Haynesville: burglary, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release, criminal mischief, obstructing report of a crime, domestic violence stalking.
    Barry A. Goodall, 23, Cary Plantation: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, improper plates.
    Zachary T. Cronkhite, 22, Houlton: eluding an officer, driving to endanger, violating condition of release.
    David M. Vieira Jr., 27, Houlton: two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release.
    David M. Floreskul, 45, Saint Clair, Mich.: criminal threatening, improper plates.
    Jonathan R. Carr, 23, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, improper plates.
    Micah McGillicuddy, 20, Houlton: two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release.
    Rebecca J. Bither, 23, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release.
    Vincent G. Burgos, 46, Cary Plantation: operating vehicle after license revocation, improper plates.
    Edwin G. Gardner Jr., 49, Smyrna Mills: operating vehicle after license revocation, violating condition of release.
    Bud R. Cochran, 29, Houlton: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
    Jeannot Bonefant, 45, Clair, N.B.: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Larry D. Lynds, 50, Hodgdon: operating under the influence of drugs, operating  with suspended registration, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Darrell P. Williams, 53, Monticello: theft by unauthorized taking greater than $10,000.
    Anthony T. Beck, 28, Caribou: burglary, theft, criminal mischief.
    Melissa S. Bubar, 22, Fort Fairfield: theft.
