    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the month of March, 2008.
    Adam P. Lizotte, 20, Fort Kent: assault, $300 fine.     Jamie J. Lizotte, 27, Madawaska: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding at 30+ mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
    Scott A. Lowe, 43, Presque Isle: OUI – one prior, $900 fine, 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating after registration suspended, dismissed.
    Allen J. Madore, 44, Fort Fairfield: assault, $300 fine, two years in jail with all but 35 days suspended, two years’ probation; operating after registration suspended, dismissed; two counts violating condition of release, one count dismissed and 35 days in jail on the second charge.
    Shawn B. Mahan, 40, Mars Hill: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
    Paul E. Marquis, 54, Fort Kent: assault, filed with $100 cost.
    Michael R. Martin, 27, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, six months in jail, probation revoked; burglary, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $2,902 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail.
    Sarah McBreairty, 19, Woodland: two counts of burglary, one count dismissed and two years in jail with all but 50 days suspended, two years’ probation, 200 hours community service on the other; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail on one count and 50 days in jail on the other two; stealing drugs, 50 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, 50 days in jail; violating condition of release, 50 days in jail.
    Tara E. McBreairty, 29, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine.
    Joseph O. McDougal Jr., 22, Presque Isle: three counts of burglary, two years in jail with all but 81 days suspended, one year’s probation, $1526.19 restitution on the first charge and 81 days in jail on each of the other counts; two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, 81 days in jail each; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 81 days in jail each.
    Joshua J. Merriam, 20, Caribou: probation violation, 26 months in jail, probation revoked.
    Justin T. Michard, 21, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    Jeri R. Nightengale, 24, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked – prior, $500 fine.
    David P. Nunezbarros, 30, Dayton: OUI – one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, 18-month registration suspension, license suspended; operating a vehicle without a license, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Gerard Oullette, 64, St. David: hunting or possessing deer during closed season, $1,000 fine, three days in jail; three counts of hunting or possessing moose during closed season, $1,000 fine, three days in jail, $525 restitution on first count and other counts dismissed; fish violation of number, amount, weight or size, $275 fine.
    Robert J. Ouellette, 47, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Thomas J. Philbrick, 19, Easton: reckless conduct, $900 fine; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
    Jason E. Pitre, 25, Van Buren: ten counts of burglary, eight with $300 fine, 30 months in prison, one with $300 fine, nine years in prison with all suspended, three years’ probation and one count dismissed; eleven counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five with $100 fine, six months in jail, five with $300 fine, 30 months in prison, and one count dismissed.
    Daryl Raymond, 40, Stockholm: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; violating protective order, 30 days in jail.
    Ralph J. Reynolds Jr., 41, St. Francis: assault, $300 fine; obstructing report of crime, $100 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Daniel J. Richards, 43, Caribou: OUI, $750 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended, 18-month registration suspended.
    Linwood L. Rushinal Jr., 29, Wade: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Jon Scott, 50, Van Buren: terrorizing, filed with $100 cost; disorderly conduct, filed with $100 cost.
    Chad A. Shaw, 27, Fort Fairfield: two counts of criminal mischief, both dismissed.
    Steven V. Simard, 23, Washburn: theft by deception, 15 months in jail with all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation, $12,088 restitution.
    Dale S. Simpson, 38, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Joseph A. Sirois, 48, Van Buren: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but 45 days suspended, two-year probation, $36 restitution.
    Edward L. Skidgel Sr., 44, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, filed with $100 cost.
    Kelli M. Smith, 32, Ellsworth: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail, $350 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Jamie J. Sneddon, 24, Fort Fairfield: assault, dismissed.
    Neil St. Amant, 35, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; obstructing report of crime, $300 fine.
    Jason St. John, 28, Woodland: assault, $300 fine; OUI, $500 fine, seven days in jail, 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
    Howard A. Stevens, 38, Blaine: two counts of assault, both dismissed; reckless conduct, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail.
    James C. Stickney II, 32, Montague N.J.: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $1,200 fine; fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $200 fine.
    Jayson M. Stickney, 33, Mars Hill: OUI, $500 fine; 48 hours in jail, 90-day license suspension.
    Marguerite J. Theriault, 46, Madawaska: assault, one year in jail with all but 29 days suspended, one year’s probation; assault, 29 days in jail; criminal trespass, 29 days in jail.
    Shannon C. Thompson, 35, Madawaska: indecent conduct, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, filed with $125 cost; engaging in prostitution, filed with $125 cost.
    Charles W. Tucker, 55, Ashland: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over the speed limit, $400 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
    Rodney F. Turcotte, 36, Easton: failing to stop for officer, 48 hours in jail, 30-day license suspension.
    Chandler L. Tuttle, 26, Mapleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
    Edward P. Vanderlofske, 44, Masardis: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $500 fine.
    Pierre J. Verret, 32, Grand Isle: two counts of illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, both dismissed.
    Thomas C. Watkin, 20, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

    Donna O. White, 57, Ashland: stealing drugs, dismissed.
