LITTLETON — Romaine and Jennie Ouellette of Littleton would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin, to Steve York.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Houlton High School and a 2004 graduate from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in music education. She is presently teaching at Freeport Middle School in Freeport, Me.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Lloyd and Brenda York of Oakland. He is a 2002 graduate of Messalonskee High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in therapeutic recreation. He is currently employed at River Ridge in Kennebunk.
The couple will be united in marriage on Aug. 9, 2008 at St. Mary of the Visitation in Houlton.
