Retail Lumber Dealers donate to Red Cross

    The Retail Lumber Dealers Association of Maine presented a $1,000 check to the Aroostook County Branch of the American Red Cross -Pine Tree Chapter to assist the Chapter in its efforts to help victims of the recent flooding in Aroostook County. 
The unrestricted gift will be used by the Red Cross to help Maine families who were affected by the recent historic spring flooding. Involved in the presentation were from left, Sam Collins, director of funding raising of the Northeast Lumber Dealers Assoc. of the S.W. Collins Co. in Caribou; Joyce Knorr, Aroostook County branch manager of the Pine Tree Chapter; and Greg Collins, director of the Maine Retail Lumber Association.
