Outdoor Pool
    The Outdoor Pool will be opening for the season on Saturday, June 21 Hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday from 2 to 4:45 p.m. and 6 to 7:45 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4:45 p.m.

Archery
    The Presque Isle Recreation and Parks Department wrapped up their after-school archery program with class tournaments Monday and Wednesday and a ‘fun day’ Thursday. The youth archers used official tournament scoring to determine their standings. Amanda Palmer finished with the high overall score of 145. Denny Young was second overall and first in the younger group with a score of 129. The rest of the top 10, with scores, were Hunter Trask 126, Mason Raymond 124, John Freeman 122, Caleb Page 122, Alex Ouellette 120, Dylan Lovely 118, Amy Trask, 109 and David Cyr 106.
Indoor Pool
    Summer hours have started at the Presque Isle Indoor Pool. General swim hours are: Monday to Friday from 2 to 3:45 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 3:45 p.m.; and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 to 8:45 p.m.
    Summer lap hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 to 8 a.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8 a.m.; Monday to Sunday from noon to 1 p.m.; and Monday to Friday from 5 to 6 p.m.
    The following classes still have openings: Parent/toddler and infant classes on Tuesday at 9 a.m. or 6 p.m. and Thursdays at 6 p.m.; learn to swim I on Monday at 10 a.m. and Friday at 10 a.m.; and adult beginner class on Monday at 1 p.m. and Thursday at 7 p.m.
    Water jogging class is on Monday and Wednesday at 4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m.
    The water exercise class is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. and Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m.
