The Aroostook Football League 2008 season is underway with practices being held at Sincock Field in Caribou for the high school players. The next outdoor practice is Saturday, July 26 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
There will be a measuring and parents’ questions night on Wednesday, July 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Edmund’s Conference Center of Northern Maine Community College. This is an essential meeting for all players to order their equipment in time for the start of the season.
This year marks the opening season of Central Aroostook middle school football. The program begins August 30 at NMCC. Registration of players and volunteers is ongoing at this time.
