These equestrians took advantage of the warm fall weather earlier this week, riding from Fort Fairfield to Caribou for lunch. “It’s the cheapest way to get to Burger King for a Whooper,” laughed Rob Fowler. Riders are, from left, Lance LaMothe of Caribou, Logan Craig, Fowler and Melissa McKenney all of Fort Fairfield. Their rides for the day included Nutmeg, Prancer, Ginger and Cisco. The group left Fort Fairfield at 9 a.m. arriving at their destination around 2:30 p.m.
