    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of June, 2008.
    Christopher J. Andrews, 29, Virginia Beach, Va.: assault, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, $500 fine.     Branden K. Brewer, 24, Presque Isle: burglary, 18 months in prison with all but 106 days suspended, one year probation and $649.41 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail.
    Martin K. Chambers, 47, Fort Fairfield: (sentencing corrected) aggravated assault, $300 fine, six years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years probation and $46,316.92 restitution.
    John A. Davenport, 58, Easton: operating under the influence (OUI), $700 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating vehicle without license-cond/restric, $500 fine.
    Michelle E. Deabay, 29, Presque Isle: assault, filed at no cost.
    Derek B. Demerchant, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Robert A. Doody, 42, Woodland: theft by receiving stolen property, four  years in prison with all but six months suspended, three years probation and $562.53 restitution; possession of machine gun, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), six months in jail (each).
    Kathryn E. Foster, 54, Mars Hill: assault, filed with $200 court costs.
    Paul J. Hafford, 22, Sheridan: assault, filed with $400 court costs.
    Judson J. Harding, 23, Presque Isle: assault, filed with $300 court costs.
    Jeffrey W. Houlton: 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and $500 fine, three days in jail.
    Bruce R. King, 29, Oakfield: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, not guilty; kidnapping, not guilty.
    Donald E. Kirkbride, 38, Blaine: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
    Randy Scott Lee Jr., 28, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Kenneth J. Levesque, 42, Frenchville: gross sexual assault, probation conditions amended.
    Francis Malenfant, 41, St. Jacques: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
    Leon L. Merchant, 64, Caribou: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
    Shelby A. Merriam, 45, Caribou: assault, dismissed.
    Kevin L. Michaud, 41, Mapleton: assault, dismissed.
    Victor Negron Jr., 32, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine; assault, $300 fine and 70 hours community service.
    Ronald D. Nelson, 60, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jeri R. Nightingale, 25, Fort Fairfield: false public alarm or report, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $600 fine, two years in prison with all but 10 days suspended, two years probation and 100 hours community service.
    Jade A. Norbeck, 29, Caribou: assault, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Sean J. Ouellette, 36, Caribou: theft by deception, six months in jail.
    John K. Perkins Jr., 21, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, dismissed; forgery, dismissed.
    Matthew R. Perreault, 26, Caribou: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years probation and $50 restitution; assault, $300 fine and nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, nine months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; OUI-two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail; four-year license suspension and four-year registration suspension; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Daniel R. Posocco, 34, Redkey: burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Jerome O. Rodgerson, 20, Merrill: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.
    Edmond Rossignol, 39, Connor Twp.: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, eight months in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening, 30 days in jail.
    Aaron D. Schmidt, 41, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, three years in prison with all suspended and two years probation; violating condition of release, dismissed; attaching false plates (two counts), $200 fine (each); operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), $200 fine (first) and $250 fine (second); operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $500 fine (first), $250 fine (second).
    Stacy M. Sharp, 25, Fort Kent: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior (two counts), $500  fine and 30-day license suspension (each); endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
    Zachary J. Smith, 21, Caribou: violating condition of release, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed.
    Laura Tardif, 63, Ste Anne De Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
    Mark Patrick Wilbur, 39, Topsham: assault, filed with no cost; violating protective order, filed at no cost.
