The Katahdin Cougars added their 11th win with a 6-1 victory over Schenck on Monday.
Marshall Davis racked up four first-half goals, while Ethan Qualey scored the other two. Kolby Gallagher, Richard Qualey, Davis and Billy Duffy all had assists. Goalie Matt Tarr stopped 9-of-11 shots.

Last Thursday, the Cougars and the visiting Bangor Christian Patriots battled through two overtimes to a 2-2 tie.
Qualey scored both Katahdin goals unassisted, including the tying goal with 21:34 left in the game. Goalie Tarr rejected 8-of-15 shots.
On the girl’s side, the Lady Cougars added another win with a 3-0 shutout over Schenck on Monday.
Brooke Livezey, Mary Jo Robinson and Melissa Duffy all scored for the winners, while Jalisa Moore and Dani-Beth Cyr assisted on goals.
Last Thursday, the Lady Cougars took a 2-0 victory over Bangor Christian.
Robinson scored a goal and assisted on Livezey’s first-half goal, as Hope Heath assisted on Robinson’s tally. Cyr stopped all 11 shots she saw in goal.
The Houlton Lady Shires and the Lee Academy Pandas battled to a 3-3 double overtime tie on Saturday in Lee.
The Pandas’ Kelsey Grass tied the game with 5:53 left to force overtime.
Hiba Bilal scored twice for Houlton, with Rebecca Crandall adding a goal and Amanda Fogarty chipping in with an assist. Madison Lezotte and Vanessa Sanderson combined in goal to stop 13-of-23 shots.
Last Thursday, the Lady Shires were defeated by host Fort Kent, 3-1.
Lainey Herring scored an unassisted goal for Houlton, while goalie Lezotte set aside eight of 20 shots.
In boy’s action, the Shiretowners were shutout 1-0 by host Fort Kent.
The Warriors’ 30 shot attempts clobbered Houlton goalie Ryan Van Buskirk.
Last Tuesday, the Caribou Vikings picked up a 3-2 win over the Houlton Shiretowners, as Cam Anderson scored the game-winning goal with 8:45 left in the regulation on a penalty kick.
Lowell Matthews scored both Houlton goals, while Micah Goetsch added an assist. Goalie Van Buskirk had 10 saves on 13 shots.

On Saturday, the Shiretowners fell to host Calais, 2-0.

Chelsi Murray and Herring each scored for Houlton, while Lezotte stopped 9-of-15 shots.
The Southern Aroostook Lady Warriors edged visiting Hodgdon last Friday, 3-2 behind Janel Rockwell’s game-winning goal with 10 minutes left in the game.
Liz Goodall and Rochelle Nadeau scored first-half goals, while Brittany Charette added an assist. Goalie Emily Cummings had one save on five shot attempts.
For Hodgdon, Dayna Tidd and Chelsea Sloat each scored, with Kariann Estabrook assisting on Sloat’s tally. Taylor Hovey took over the goal duties, blocking five of 19 shots.
Last Tuesday, the Lady Warriors rolled to a 13-0 win over East Grand.
Liz Goodall scored three times, while Janel Rockwell and Emma Senzek each had a pair of goals. Scoring single tallies were Evangeline Goodall, Nadeau, Jasmine Rockwell and Lauren McGary. Goalie Cummings had one save.
For East Grand, Courtney Lloyd had eight saves, as Southern Aroostook outshot the Vikes, 21-2.
The Warriors blanked the Hawks, 7-0 behind a pair of goals from Tyler Robinson and Dylan Willette. Gary Sutherland, Phil Harris and Dave Dubois each scored, while Dakota Sleeper racked up three assists and Stephen Grant a pair of assists. Goalie Dillion Boulier had four saves on five shots.
For Hodgdon, Erik Ryan stopped eight of 25 shots for the 3-9 Hawks.
The East Grand Lady Vikings topped host Wisdom, 5-0 last Friday behind Tisheena Roy and Kelsey Daoust two goals apiece. Shawna Beaudoin added an unassisted tally. Courtney Lloyd rejected 9-of-17 shots faced in net.
At St. Agatha, the Vikings were pounded 11-1 by Wisdom.
Abe Brittain scored the lone tally, while making 15 saves on 35 shots.
Last Thursday, the Highview Christian Academy topped the Lady Vikings, 3-0 at Charleston. East Grand goalie Lloyd had six saves on 16 shots.
In boy’s action, the Vikings were edged 3-2 by Highview.
Jordan Crone and Brittain each scored for East Grand. Brittain also had 20 saves on 39 shots faced in net.
