    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Caribou District Court during the month of August, 2008.
    Bryan Allen, 21, Sinclair: domestic violence assault, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, $400 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.     Kenneth A. Allen, 43, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Daniel J. Bouchard, 34, Caribou: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Preston E. Brown, 23, Woodland: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year license suspension.
    Tyler Burch, 18, Caribou: violating protective order, $400 fine; reckless conduct, 25 hours community service; violating condition of release, 25 hours community service.
    Arthur Leroy Butler, 40, Stockholm: probation violation, 16 days in jail, probation continued and conditions amended; domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 16 days in jail.
    Bobbie Jo Cameron, 39, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours community service; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    David P. Castonguay, 38, Van Buren: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 11 hours in jail.
    Richard A. Desmond, 38, Woodland: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), seven days in jail (each), $55 restitution (first) and $489.90 (second).
    Anthony Dinaso, 65, Stockholm: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $125 fine.
    Denise Dufresne, 35, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; OUI, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, 30-day license suspension and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Adam J. Fitzherbert, 44, Surry: fishing without license, $100 fine.
    Glenn P. Gagnon, 56, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $125 fine.
    Michael J. Glasscock, 39, Washburn: assault, $300 fine.
    Elaine Godin, 42, Washburn: criminal trespass, 36 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 36 hours in jail.
    Jason Z. Goodblood, 22, Connor Twp.: violating protective order, $450 fine.
    Jody B. Green, 41, Caribou: assault, $600 fine; OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; operating ATV on public way, dismissed.
    Nicholas W. Griffeth, 28, Limestone: failing to produce permit, $150 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Joshua E. Griffen, 25, Mars Hill: assault, dismissed.
    Jesse D. Guyette, 22, Caribou: criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal threatening, $600 fine and 24 hours in jail.
    Loraine Johnson, 41, Limestone: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
    George Kimball, 77, Caribou: OUI, $750 fine.
    David R. Labbe, 51, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jamie Lagasse, 26, Grand Isle: driving to endanger, filed at no cost.
    Daniel L. Leavitt, 40, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $73.45 restitution.
    Teddy L. Long, 57, Washburn: littering, $100 fine and $210 restitution.
    Scott McBreairty, 39, Woodland: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, 18-month license suspension and registration suspension; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; and failure to register a motor vehicle, seven days in jail.
    Vincent McPherson, 48, Perham: failing to make oral or written accident report, filed at $500 court costs.
    Beau T. Myrick, 20, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Oleka M. Obar, 28, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; assault, not guilty.
    Jason M. Ouellette, 24, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Mario L. Pellerin, 40, Mars Hill: fishing without valid license, $100 fine; unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
    Brent R. Perreault, 28, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Craig L. Perry, 20, Fort Fairfield: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Jason K. Plant, 25, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Mark L. Rediker, 27, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $500 fine.
    Cody Rogers, 19, Caribou: forgery, $500 fine and $495 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
    Lester Shaw, 56, Washburn: attaching false plates, filed at $75 court costs.
    Zachary J. Smith, 21, Caribou: violating condition of release, four days in jail.
    Melissa St. Peter, 26, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed at $40 court costs.
    Paul St. Pierre, 28, St. Anne Demad, Que.: rule violation – operating without duty record, $400 fine.
    Keith A. Steeves, 42, Caribou: violation of rule fish, $100 fine.
    Robert A. Suire, 26, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 90 days in jail; violation of condition of release, 90 days in jail.
    George D. Tamburello II, 22, Limestone: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
    Dennis P. Tardiff, 28, Albany, N.Y.: operating unregistered ATV, dismissed.
    Gerald A. Tardiff, 65, Albany, N.Y.: operating unregistered ATV, dismissed.
    Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $305 restitution.
    Kayla Trickett, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
