Ken Adams, 50, Caribou: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed. Jennifer L. Ayotte, 25, Madawaska: burglary, dismissed.
Melissa S. Bubar, 22, Maryville, Tenn.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
Thor M. Cochran, 31, Easton: criminal use of explosives, nine months in jail with all but 30 days suspended and one year probation; reckless conduct, dismissed.
Kirk R. Corribeau, 32, St. Agatha: criminal mischief, dismissed.
Brian J. Cyr, 27, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; criminal mischief, $200 fine; criminal threatening, $300 fine.
Christopher R. Cyr, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and $209.88 restitution.
Ralph Dangelo, 61, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first) and $400 fine (second); unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed.
Crystal M. Doherty, 25, Woodland: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
Nickoles T. Gizzie, 24, Garfield Plt.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Marie L. Godin, 48, Connor Twp.: acquiring drugs by deception (two counts), dismissed (both).
Roger A. Grendell, 43, Blaine: acquiring drugs by deception, $1,000 fine.
Joshua J. Guerrette, 22, Mapleton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
Richard F. Harris, 69, Caribou: unlawful sexual touching, dismissed; assault, $1,000 fine.
Richard L. Kaczor, 38, Ubly, Mich.: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
James R. King, 39, Caswell: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation (each count).
Jeremy King, 27, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; criminal mischief, $200 fine; carrying concealed weapon, $200 fine; criminal threatening, dismissed.
Elwood L. Kingsbury Jr., 51, Lewiston: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail; forgery, 30 days in jail and $7,667.43 restitution.
Ryan C. Kinney, 29, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $800 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked – prior, $500 fine; motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Joseph B. Landry, 46, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
Ronald Martin, 67, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine (each).
Brian M. Monson, 35, Caribou: arson, 10 years in prison with all but two years suspended, four years’ probation, and $20,396.50 restitution.
Keith A. Nightingale, 38, Washburn: disorderly conduct, $500 fine.
Melissa O’Neill, 27, Washburn: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,025 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in jail with all but five months suspended, two years probation and $1,025 restitution; forgery, 90 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Robert B. Parker, 40, Bridgewater: possessing firearm or crossbow when prohibited, two years in prison with all but six months suspended and one year probation.
Jonah B. Polichak, 25, Woodland: visual sexual aggression against a child, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation.
Timothy E. Quint Jr., 19, Houlton: violating condition of release, dismissed.
Mark J. Saucier, 22, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
Brian Saunders, 26, Presque Isle: robbery, nine years in prison with all but four years suspended, four years’ probation and $19,651 restitution; elevated aggravated assault, four years in prison; robbery; four years in prison; aggravated assault, four years in prison.
David L. Sullivan, 47, Caribou: criminal mischief, filed with $100 court costs; criminal threatening, filed with $100 court costs.
Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: aggravated assault, dismissed.
Shawn A. Thibodeau, 32, Fort Kent: operating after habitual offender revocation – two priors, $1,000 fine and nine months and one day in prison; OUI – two priors, $1,000 fine, nine months and one day in prison, four-year license suspension and registration suspension.
Anthony Thompson, 54, Caribou: probation violation, 54 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Robert A. Van Houten, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $3,500 fine, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $300 restitution.
Craig B. Walton, 23, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, fighting, $300 fine and five days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation – two priors (two counts), dismissed (first), $1,000 fine, 20 months in prison with all but 10 months suspended and one year probation (second); OUI – two priors, dismissed; violating condition of release (three counts), 60 days in jail (first and third) and five months in prison (second); OUI – no test, two prior, $1,400 fine, 60 days in prison, four-year license suspension and registration suspension.
Daniel F. Wilcox, 21, Old Saybrook, Conn.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail and $1,835 restitution.
