    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Houlton during the month of May, 2008.
    Lauren N. Burke, 43, Ashland: trafficking in prison contraband, 60 days in jail.
    William S. Carpenter, 45, Littleton: operating under the influence (OUI)-two prior, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
    Charles E. Clark, 45, Littleton: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Bud R. Cochran, 30, Houlton: probation violation, 21 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Corey B. Corbett, 30, Houlton: burglary, four years in prison with all but 10 months suspended, two years probation and $700 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 months in prison each.
    Jesse J. Degenhardt, 22, Houlton: burglary (three counts), four years in prison with all but 160 days suspended (first), two years probation (first), $2,600 restitution (first), 160 days in jail (second and third); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 160 days in jail; forgery (two counts), 160 days in jail (each); violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Raymond Fenderson, 24, Lincoln: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    James R. Harvey, 44, Moro Plt.: night hunting, dismissed.
    Brandon A. Webb, 24, Portland: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, $1,000 fine and 10 months in prison; OUI-prior, $700 fine, 10 months in prison, license suspension and 18 months registration suspension.
    Michael P. Wilson, 22, Oakfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

    Kenneth J. Iaciofano, 42, Rehoboth, Mass.: violating condition of release, $500 fine.
    Chelseay Kaelin, 21, Stacyville: theft by receiving stolen property, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year probation, $1,600 restitution and 50 hours community service.
    Nicholas C. Lorom, 24, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail; criminal mischief (three counts), seven days in jail (first and third), 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended (second), one year probation (second) and $245 restitution.
    Clyde M. Malone, 44, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine, three days in jail with all but five months suspended and two years probation.
    Michael J. Rich, 19, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Howard A. Stevens, 39, Houlton: criminal mischief, filed with $125 court costs; violating condition of release, filed with $125 court costs.

    Matthew J. Armstrong, 20, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, 180 days in jail will all suspended, one year probation and $2,109.55 restitution; criminal trespass, 180 days in jail with all suspended and $2,109.55 restitution.
    Douglas B. Bailey, 21, Ludlow: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and 24 hours in jail (second).
    Michael S. Boody, 27, Oakfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

    Paul K. Albright, 33, Houlton: burglary, 32 months in prison and $4,123.65 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 32 months in prison (each), $4,123.65 restitution (first) and $200 restitution (second).
    Prince E. Brackett, 51, Stacyville: assault (two counts), $300 fine and 344 days in jail (each);  burglary, four years in prison with all but 344 days suspended and two years’ probation; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $300 restitution.
    Brady Bridges, 38, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and two years’ probation; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; violating condition of release, dismissed.
