The Robinson Ballet Company and the Caribou Performing Arts Center will present the enchanting holiday tradition of, “The Nutcracker,” Sunday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m.
“Robinson Ballet of Bangor invites everyone to join them for this timeless tale of Christmas dreams, as they bring you the story of Clara and her beloved, Nutcracker,” said Joe Zubrick, director of the Caribou Performing Arts Center.
“As the clock strikes midnight strange things begin to happen. You will be transported into a dreamland and become enchanted by fairies, dolls, soldiers, angels, a Snow Queen, a Snow Prince and of course, the Rat King,” added Zubrick, “all brought to life, magically by the extraordinary dancers of the ballet company.”
The word “tradition” means, a long, established custom handed down from generation to generation. This performance is truly a family tradition and the holiday even of the season.
