If a loved one is paying too much for insurance or medications, the Aroostook Agency on Aging will be at several locations to assist individuals with the options available to them through Medicare.
Open enrollment for Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Drug Coverage (Part D) is November 15-December 31.
Locations and dates of assistance in the local area are: Wednesday, Nov. 19, Mars Hill, Walter Hansen Memorial Library, 10 Hansen St.; Thursday, Nov. 20 and Thursday, Dec. 18, Caribou Public Library, 30 High St. and Wednesday, Dec. 3, Houlton Regional Hospital, 20 Hartford St.
