‘And All the Town Be Merry’

    The Caribou Choral  Society  will  present its’ 32nd annual Christmas concerts, “And All the Town Be Merry,” on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the Caribou Performing Arts Center and on Saturday. December 13, at 7:30 p.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Presque Isle. The 60-member chorus is conducted by Dan Ladner and accompanied by Mari-Jo Hedman.     As in Christmas concerts in the past, the first half of the program will consist of traditional classical and religious Christmas carols such as, “Silent Night,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” and several more contemporary songs.
    The second half of the musical evening will provide lighter holiday tunes like, “A Holly, Jolly Christmas,” “ Mister Santa” and “Snow, Snow, Beautiful Snow”.
    The public is cordially invited to attend these concerts. There is no admission fee, but good-will offerings will be accepted.
