The staff at Tim Hortons in Caribou  held their 4th annual food drive last weekend, collecting food items  to benefit  the Catholic Charities of Maine site in Caribou.     Scotty Bragdon, owner of the Caribou location said the food-drive will continue through the end of this week. “This is our  4th annual  food drive with all donations benefiting Catholic Charities of Maine. This event grows more successful every year.  We’re open 24 hours, seven days a week and anyone wishing to donate to this cause may drop off food items at any time.”
In spite of the snowy and very windy weather Saturday morning, Tim Hortons was bustling with customers dropping off their charitable donations, enjoying the warmth of being inside surrounded by the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee and of a variety of doughnuts, bagels and other pastries.
