Murrells Inlet, SC – W. Kay Chamberlin passed away Monday, December 22, 2008 at her residence in SC.
Mrs. Chamberlin was born in Washburn, Maine, a daughter of the late John and Maud Millington. She is leaving behind many close family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years Wilson Thomas Chamberlin of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Joyce Ann Zuilkowski and husband Brian of Murrells Inlet; granddaughters, Deborah Nathan and husband Joseph of Dallas, TX and Kaitlyn Zuilkowski of Murrells Inlet.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in CT.
The family wishes to thank InCare Home Health and Hospice for the loving care given to Kay during her illness.
