CARIBOU – The Aroostook County grand jury handed up 46 indictments during their Jan. 8 session. Among those indicted were:
Jason Leavitt, 40, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Benjamin F. Gregory, 19, Caribou: two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture. Robert J. Lapointe, 62, Caribou: arson.
Reggie A. McGary, 28, Houlton: violating condition of release and domestic violence assault.
David J. Anderson, 42, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, attaching improper plates and operating unregistered vehicle.
William P. Collins, 49, Houlton: criminal OUI with priors.
Colleen C. Hoxie, 30, Littleton: stealing drugs and burglary.
Halston G. Wiley II, 27, Littleton: burglary, theft and violating condition of release.
Kenneth J. Maker, 21, Smyrna: domestic violence assault and assault.
Elaine Andrew, 42, Canada: two counts of illegal importation of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of money and vehicle.
Vivian C. Criswell III, 51, Benedicta: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of vehicle.
Lori A. Miclette, 47, Island Falls: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Joseph P. Long II, 18, Island Falls: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
