 Brewer – A girl, Lilly York Brewer, born to Elizabeth and Brennan Bewer of Mars Hill on December 8, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are John and Betsy York of Mars Hill.  Paternal grandparents are Rob and Carolyn Brewer of Bridgewater.      Hicks – A girl, Melody Marie Hicks, born to Annette Lopez and Johnny Hicks of Fort Fairfield on December 5, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are Sherry Michaud of Washburn and Curtis Michaud of Washburn.  Paternal grandparents are Judy Watkins of Knoxville, Tenn., and James Hicks of Knockville, Tenn.
Hadfield – A girl, Sarah Jean Hadfield, born to Andrea and David Hadfield of Fort Fairfield on December 5, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are Roland and Marjorie Perra, both deceased.  Paternal grandparents are George and Lucille Hadfield of Dover, N.H.
Green – A girl, Lanie Marie Green, born to Heather Cray and Dwayne Green of Presque Isle on November 30, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are Stuart and Sandra Cray of  Mapleton.  Paternal grandparents are Forest and Cora Green of Woodland.
Parady – A boy, Liam Delbert Parady, born to Ashley Parady of Fort Fairfield on November 29, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are Delbert and Joanna Parady.
Burtt – A girl, Lilly Katherine Burtt, born to Angie Brewer and Brock Burtt of Presque Isle on November 28, 2008.  Maternal grandparents are Terry and Patricia Brewer of Mars Hill.  Paternal grandparents are Steve and Lisa Burtt and Marilyn Burtt and Herm Taylor, all of Mars Hill.
