To the editor:
Brian Stiller, administrator of the VA facility at Togus Hospital in Augusta, has called for a town meeting of all veterans in Aroostook County at the Cary Memorial Center’s Chan building on Wednesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. It is the same location all of you went to when we met regarding a clinic in Houlton. Now we need you to come again and tell Mr. Stiller that we need more than one day at the CBOC in Houlton. Houlton Regional Hospital has been good to us but we could use more time in nights or weekends or a new building on HRH property.
I am trying to get Mr. Stiller of the VA to have a town hall meeting in Houlton at the Learning Center so all the small communities with veterans can attend and express their opinions. If you can’t attend, please send your concerns in a letter addressed to Mr. Brian G. Stiller, Administrator VA Facility Togus, Augusta, Maine 04330.
