By far facepainting was a favorite at the third annual Beach Blast held recently at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. Nearly all participants, young and old alike, added a bit of color and design to their outfits.

The early birds for supper were treated to some interesting tropical pizza selections, tropical punch, music and locally designed and baked tropical themed cookies at the third annual Beach Blast at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. The evening was hosted by the Parks and Recreation Commission and staff and featured supper, games, music, dancing and prizes. Over 150 enjoyed the tropical theme and tropical delights.
