    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December, 2008.
    Steven Berthiaume, 29, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.     Craig A. Bryant, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail and $3,650 restitution; and forgery, six months in jail.
    Roger Dennis Burby Jr., 25, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    Jerry Richard Carney, 52, Sheridan: arson, theft by insurance deception and aggravated criminal mischief, all dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
    Mark L. Copeland, 25, Easton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Gregory A. Corriveau, 41, Caribou: domestic violence assault (four counts), $300 fine and 90 days in jail (first and second), and dismissed (third and fourth); violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; and OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, 24 days in jail and 18-months license suspension.
    Honey D. Delano, 29, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, $200 fine; and endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
    Todd A. Doody Jr., 20, Masardis: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, filed on $1,000 costs.
    Michael R. Dumond, 43, Madawaska: criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail (each).
    Jason I. Faggiole, 26, Easton: criminal trespass, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail (each) and $267.71 restitution (first); and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Edwin F. Fisher, 34, Unity: gross sexual assault, 20 years in prison, all but 10 years suspended and 18 years’ probation.
    Robert L. Fitzsimmons Jr., 26, Limestone: probation violation, 74 days in jail and probation continued.
    Cinderella Garvey, 44, Caribou: assault, $300 fine and 70 days in jail; criminal mischief and reckless conduct, 70 days in jail (each).
    George F. Goodrich Sr., 38, Worcester, Mass.: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
    Joseph B. Haines Jr., 37, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault and obstructing report of crime, both dismissed.
    Edward S. Heath Jr., 47, Bridgewater: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Kari M. Howe, 21, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Shaun C. Kinney, 30, Presque Isle: robbery, dismissed.
    Shayne M. Kinney, 28, Presque Isle: robbery, dismissed.
    Kimberly Y. Landry, 32, Woodland: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and 18-month license suspension.
    Jay Dahl Lindquist Jr., 50, Ellsworth: burglary, dismissed; and aggravated criminal mischief, 100 days in jail.
    Martin B. Maynard, 39, Castle Hill: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, dismissed.
    Jeffrey Nadeau, 21, Eagle Lake: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six years in prison, all but four months suspended, three years’ probation and $14,038.07 restitution; and burglary, four months in prison.
    Dolly F. Norris, 42, Presque Isle: OUI, $600 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Corey Ouellette, 31, St. Francis: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $380 restitution.
    Daniel J. Powers, 53, Presque Isle: OUI-1 prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail, 18-month license and registration suspension; and failing to stop for officer, dismissed.
    Kimberly J. Reiff, 34, Madawaska: endangering the welfare of a child, filed without costs.
    Jamie L. Sloan, 30, Presque Isle: home repair fraud, 10 days in jail and $2,930 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $400 fine (first) and dismissed (second).
    Jennifer Sock, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation partially revoked and probation continued; violating condition of release, stealing drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, six months in jail (each).
    Jeffrey Vaughn Tompkins, 47, Easton: assault, dismissed; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $500 fine.
    Joshua J. Tracy, 21, Madawaska: violating condition of release and escape, six months in jail (each); and assault, $300 fine and six months in jail.
    Edward J. Wilson II, 40, New Sweden: probation violation, four years in prison and probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 10 years in prison, all but four years suspended, and three years’ probation (first), and $400 fine and four years in prison (second); unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts), no bill (first) and 364 days in jail (second); and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
    Jerry D. York, 24, Easton: burglary, two years in prison, all but 45 days suspended, one years’ probation and $20 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 45 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
