    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of January and February, 2009.
    Anthony T. Beck, 29, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors (two counts), $500 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $2,976.49 restitution (first) and one year in prison (second); theft by deception, $500 fine and six months in jail; misuse of identification, six months in jail; burglary, one year in prison, all suspended, one year probation and $2,976.49 restitution; and criminal mischief, three months in jail.     William Berry, 37, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Gerald E. Brooker Jr., 40, Fort Fairfield: assault, $500 fine and 45 days in jail.
    Robert L. Brown, 26, Presque Isle: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail (each).
    Brandin Bouchard, 21, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine and six months in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Diana M. Cameron, 46, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $899.99 restitution.
    James H. Camp Jr., 26, Portage: assault, $1,000 fine.
    Jeffrey H. Chasse, 37, Woodland: assault, $500 fine.
    Casey D. Clayton, 21, Caribou: burglary, $1,000 fine, four years and six months in prison, all but six months suspended, three years’ probation and $1,300 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eluding an officer, reckless conduct and violating condition of release, six months in jail (each).
    Todd W. Cochran, 37, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $40 restitution.
    Cindy Collin, 44, Sinclair: operating under the influence-1 prior (two counts), $700 fine, 10 days in jail and 18-month license suspension (first), and $700 fine, nine months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation and 18-month license and registration suspension (second).
    Joseph Corbin, 55, Caribou: failing to extinguish fire, filed on $200 costs.
    Dallas Ray Crowe, 22, Sylva, N.C.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
    Michael W. Daigle, 45, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Bub J. Dow, 32, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed; and criminal threatening, $200 fine.
    Scott E. Drost, 41, Woodland: OUI, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $575 fine.
    Larry L. Easler, 52, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.
    Terrence D. Fletcher, 60, Bridgewater: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18-month license and registration suspension; attaching false plates, four days in jail; and operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, three days in jail.
    Harold G. Foster, 44, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, both dismissed.
    Nathan C. Fox, 22, Limestone: burglary (two counts), $500 fine and six months in jail (first), and four years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $2,415 restitution and 100 hours’ community service (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), and theft by unauthorized use of property, and violating condition of release, six months in jail (each).
    David P. Franz, 26, Fort Fairfield: protective order from harassment violation, $500 fine.
    Scott Gagnon, 28, Washburn: assault, $300 fine and 130 days in jail.
    Neil C. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and six months in jail (first) and $1,000 fine and nine months in jail (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first count) and six months in jail (second).
    Jesse W. Hall, 30, Caribou: probation violation, 35 months and 27 days in prison, and probation revoked; and aggravated criminal trespass, one year in prison.
    Philip E. Howard Jr., 22, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and seven days in jail; and OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    George H. Jenkins, 55, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
    Robert R. Kilcollins, 23, Fort Fairfield: furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed.
    Lionel King, 55, Limestone: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $700 fine.
    Ryan C. Kinney, 30, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI-prior, filed on $200 costs.
    Brenda Lee Klezos, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Leann M. Klinger, 32, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Dorothy M. Kopteros Poitraw, 68, Sheridan: criminal trespass, filed without costs.
    Gary M. Lambert, 56, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Danielle L. Langille, 37, Presque Isle: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Michael A. Levesque, 29, Connor Twp: violating condition of release and burglary of a motor vehicle, $500 fine (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Gregory A. Libby, 31, Ashland: probation violation, five months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Brad J. Marquis, 26, Eagle Lake: operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Jessica Lynn Maynard, 22, Presque Isle: forgery, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $450 restitution; and domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, filed without costs (both).

    Eugene P. Morrow, 64, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, five years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $215 restitution (first), and $400 fine and four months in jail (second).
    Kenneth T. Morrow, 40, Fort Fairfield: OUI-1 prior and operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, both dismissed; and operating ATV under the influence-over 21 and .08%, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Patrick S. Murchison, 48, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked (each); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and 30 months in prison.
    Matthew Nelson, 44, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
    John A. Sam, 20, Caribou: criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; and assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Catherine M. Seward, 20, Presque Isle: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, filed on $200 costs.
    Justin M. Simpson, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, $300 fine.
    Jesse E. Sirois, 25, Van Buren: failing to stop and to provide information, $250 fine.
    Christopher L. Small, 31, Presque Isle: rule violation, failure to possess previous seven days status, $125 fine.
    Robert E. St. Peter Jr., 38, Presque Isle: assault and violating condition of release, 18 months in jail (each).
    Misty R. Story, 25, Limestone: failing to stop for officer and driving to endanger, both dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and 20 hours’ community service.
    Jerry A. Swimm, 38, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed.
    Corey D. Theriault, 30, Fort Kent: criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all dismissed.
    Kevin Thibodeau, 26, Van Buren: probation violation, 245 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Jason Voisine, 20, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, filed on $150 costs (each).
    Sean M. Wadlington, 26, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
    Corey P. White Sr., 35, Washburn: domestic violence assault-priors and terrorizing, not guilty (both).
    Brian J. Wood, 23, Presque Isle: burglary of a motor vehicle, 39 days in jail.
