100TH GRADUATING class of the University of Maine at Presque Isle

    THE 100TH GRADUATING class of the University of Maine at Presque Isle is pictured making the journey from the Campus Center to the Weiden Gymnasium, where the commencement ceremony was held. Degrees were conferred on 149 students who participated in the event.
Saturday’s sunny, blue skies at the campus were quite a change from earlier in the week, when wind gusts during Thursday’s windmill commissioning ceremony were in excess of 35 mph. (Story and more photos will appear in a future edition.)
