ACAP DONATION — The Parent Committee at the Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) at Park Street in Presque Isle decided to collect and donate items to Homeless Services of Aroostook for their community project. Families and staff from the center donated items for the shelter. Items collected included: food, clothing, office and personal-care items. The children in the morning traditional Head-Start classroom presented items to Susan Mitchell, director of the homeless shelter. These items will be used to help many local individuals and families that utilize shelter services. The photo was taken in the Park Street Head-Start classroom.
